“The salesperson was very nice and walked through the house pointing out vulnerable areas and what type of sensors could be installed to cover the most amount of area with the least amount of paid sensors. The company was very quick to schedule an installer (within two days of sign up) and sent one out that arrived promptly. The installer was very nice and walked us through the alarm features. Unfortunately, the installer accidentally stapled through our phone line while installing the alarm system and we were without a working home phone for a full day. The company rectified the situation quickly once we realized there was a problem and sent the installer back out the following afternoon to correct the wiring.
